Telecalling Executive

Roles and Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and convert them into paying clients.
  
• Identify customer needs and provide solutions through effective communication.
  
• Meet daily/weekly targets set by management while maintaining a high level of quality in sales performance.
  
• Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and objectives.
  
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-5 years of experience in telecalling, telemarketing, or related field (domestic calling).
  
• Strong skills in calling, outbound sales, telesales, and domestic calling.
  
• Ability to work independently from home office environment.
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to handle rejection professionally.
