Technical Product Owner

Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimize flow of work using Scrumban practices, including visualization of workflow, WIP limits, and continuous flow
Understand and consider microservices dependencies when planning and prioritizing work
Ensure compliance with payment industry standards in requirement specifications
Partner with the Director of Software Engineering and Product Manager to define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap
Maintain and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring it remains healthy and aligned with business objectives
Write detailed user stories and acceptance criteria that effectively communicate technical requirements to development teams
Facilitate refinement sessions and planning meetings to ensure proper understanding of requirements
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
Manage dependencies between different teams and components to ensure smooth delivery
Provide technical guidance during implementation and validate solutions against requirements
Monitor and report on WIP progress, identifying and addressing any blockers or risks
Balance technical debt management with new feature development
