Role & responsibilities

• Communication Coordination: Handle correspondence, calls, and emails efficiently, ensuring timely responses.
• Documentation: Prepare and maintain confidential records, reports, and documentation.
• Travel Packing: Ensure seamless travel preparations, including packing luggage and necessary medicines.
• Household Operations: Oversee day-to-day operations, including housekeeping, security, maintenance, and staff supervision.
• Security Oversight: Ensure the residences security and safety protocols are in place and monitored.
• Event Coordination: Assist in planning and executing events or gatherings at the residence. Expense Management: Track and report household and office expenses, ensuring timely approvals and payments.
