We are seeking a skilled and experienced OT Cybersecurity Specialist to design, implement, and manage robust security measures tailored to Operational Technology (OT) environments. The role involves developing security frameworks, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, implement, and maintain OT security architectures and frameworks.

- Develop and enforce security policies, procedures, and guidelines specific to OT environments.

- Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability analyses of Industrial Control Systems (ICS) and OT networks.

- Prioritize risks and recommend mitigation strategies to stakeholders.

- Develop and execute OT-specific incident response plans.

- Investigate security breaches and provide actionable recommendations for remediation.

- Monitor OT systems for anomalies and potential threats.

- Configure and manage security tools such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems (IDS), and endpoint protection for OT systems.

- Evaluate, implement, and manage advanced OT security solutions.

- Collaborate with IT and engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of security measures.

- Train personnel on OT cybersecurity best practices and policies.

- Ensure compliance with industry regulations (e.g., NIST, ISA/IEC 62443, ISO 27001).

- Conduct audits to maintain adherence to compliance standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- Proven experience in OT/ICS cybersecurity.

- Strong understanding of OT systems, protocols, and architecture.

- Expertise in configuring and managing security tools like firewalls and IDS.

- Familiarity with industry regulations such as NIST, ISA/IEC 62443, and ISO 27001.

- Excellent problem-solving and risk assessment skills.

- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Strong communication and training skills to promote cybersecurity awareness.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, GICSP, or CISM.

- Hands-on experience with advanced OT security solutions.

- Prior experience in conducting audits and ensuring compliance.
