Job Description
- Researches and analyzes the customer s documentation requirements; creates doc plans; writes technical documentation
- Performs risk analysis, identifies potential issues, and creates work estimates for doc projects

- Researches new trends in information and service delivery

- Engage in comprehensive book building activities, encompassing a variety of guides to ensure comprehensive and user-friendly content.
- Execute the publishing process for guides, ensuring timely and accurate dissemination of information.
- Conduct rigorous data validation for Feature Matrix tasks, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of feature-related data.
- Execute meticulous document updates on cases, incorporating the latest information and insights for effective case management.
- Implement detailed document updates for bugs, ensuring that the documentation accurately reflects the nature and resolution of identified bugs.
- Demonstrates advanced skills in using DITA XML based authoring tools.
- Demonstrates in-depth understanding of Agile and Waterfall development methodologies
- Possesses in-depth understanding of telecommunications, cloud, and networking domains
- Finds creative and practical solutions to complex problems related to the creation and maintenance of documentation sets
- Works with limited or no supervision to pursue established goals and resolve issues as they arise
- Adapts writing style to project requirements; applies principles of minimalism
Qualifications
- Candidates must be well versed in DITA authoring and Publishing, XML tools, Networking technologies and Agile methodology.
- A background in Cloud technologies is an asset.
- Candidates must possess a strong technical aptitude to grasp complex technologies, specifically in the IT networking and software development domain.
- Candidates must have excellent written and spoken communication skills.
