Scrum Master - Agile Methodologies (8-10 yrs)

Job Description :

A Scrum Master is a facilitator and coach for an Agile development team that uses the Scrum framework. The Scrum Master is responsible for ensuring that the team adheres to Scrum values, practices, and rules. The main role of the Scrum Master is to ensure the team is productive and delivers a high-quality product.

Required Skills :

• Should be skilled in facilitating meetings and discussions and be able to guide the team to make decisions.
• Excellent communicator, able to communicate clearly and effectively with team members, stakeholders, and other parties.
• Able to identify and resolve conflicts within the team, and help the team work together effectively.
• Help team members understand and follow Agile practices and principles.
• Manage time effectively and ensure that the team stays on track.

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Scrums, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
• Remove any obstacles that impede the team's progress and ensure the team is following the Scrum process
• Help the team to create clear and achievable Sprint goals
• Act as a liaison between the team and other departments or stakeholders
• Promote and support a culture of continuous improvement and self-organization within the team
• Coach the team in Agile methodologies and Scrum best practices
• Support and educate the Product Owner in maintaining and grooming the product backlog
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the team
• Help to ensure that the team complies with the organization's policies and procedures
