Senior Product Manager (Data Platform)

We at Innovaccer are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the development of our Data Platform. The SPM will be responsible for defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Data Platform, working closely with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Design, and Sales.

A Day in the Life

• Develop and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Data Platform. Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and Sales teams to define and prioritize product requirements.
• Conduct market research, customer interviews, and competitor analysis to inform product decisions.
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success.
• Work closely with the Sales team to develop sales collateral, demo scripts, and other sales enablement materials.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and partners to inform product decisions.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop go-to-market strategies and product launch plans.
• Manage and prioritize product backlog, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs.

What You Need

• Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, with a focus on data platforms or related technologies.
• Strong understanding of data management, analytics, and data science concepts.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Design, and Sales.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies and product management tools (eg, Jira, Asana).
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in the healthcare technology industry.
• Knowledge of healthcare data standards (eg, FHIR, ICD-10).
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms (eg, AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Certification in product management (eg, CSPO, PMI-ACP)
