Job Description :
We are looking for a skilled and experienced CyberArk Engineer to join our security team.
As a CyberArk Engineer, you will be responsible for deploying, configuring, and maintaining CyberArk's Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions.
You will ensure the secure management of privileged accounts, safeguard access to critical systems, and work to maintain compliance with security policies and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities :
- Deploy, configure, and maintain CyberArk Privileged Access Security solutions, including CyberArk Vault, Password Vault Web Access (PVWA), Central Policy Manager (CPM), and Privileged Session Manager (PSM).
- Work on the implementation and configuration of CyberArk components, ensuring they meet business requirements and align with security policies.
- Implement best practices for CyberArk infrastructure, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and ensuring high availability of CyberArk components.
- Design and implement Privileged Access Management (PAM) strategies, ensuring the secure management of privileged accounts, credentials, and access controls.
- Work closely with IT security and infrastructure teams to identify privileged access risks and propose appropriate solutions.
- Manage the integration of CyberArk with existing identity management and security systems (e.g, Active Directory, SSO solutions).
- Configure and manage access controls and permissions to ensure that only authorized users have access to critical systems and data.
- Implement and maintain robust logging and audit mechanisms for privileged account access and session activity, ensuring compliance with regulatory and security standards.
- Generate regular reports and dashboards for auditing purposes and work with stakeholders to analyze access control patterns and identify security gaps.
- Provide level 2/3 support for CyberArk issues, including troubleshooting, resolving system alerts, and ensuring business continuity for privileged access solutions.
- Monitor CyberArk components for performance, health, and availability; proactively address potential risks or issues.
- Assist in performing root-cause analysis for incidents related to privileged access.
- Collaborate with IT, security, and compliance teams to align CyberArk configurations with organizational security policies and industry best practices.
- Work with internal teams to integrate CyberArk solutions with other IT systems, tools, and platforms to enhance overall security posture.
- Contribute to documentation, knowledge transfer, and training materials for end-users and IT staff regarding CyberArk solutions and best practices.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest CyberArk releases, security vulnerabilities, and industry trends.
- Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of the CyberArk platform and overall privileged access management strategy.
- 7+ years of experience working with CyberArk Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions.
- Hands-on experience with CyberArk components such as PVWA, CPM, PSM, and Vault.
- Proven experience implementing and managing Privileged Access Security (PAS) solutions across large-scale environments.
- Strong knowledge of identity and access management (IAM) concepts and best practices.
- Experience integrating CyberArk with third-party systems such as Active Directory, LDAP, and SIEM tools.
- Familiarity with Windows, Unix/Linux, and mainframe environments and their integration with CyberArk.
- Experience with PowerShell, Scripting, and automation of CyberArk tasks is a plus.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks (e.g, NIST, ISO 27001) and compliance requirements (e.g, GDPR, PCI-DSS, SOX)
