Requirement: 2 Post.
North (1 Post) - Maharashtra, North Karnataka.
South (1 Post) - Andra Pradesh, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu.
North Zone - English/Marathi/Hindi (English, Hindi is a must).
South Zone - English/Tamil/Telugu/Kannada (English, Tamil is a must, Telugu & Kannada optional).

Qualifications and Experience:

1. Degree in Animal Science or related field: A degree in Animal Science, Nutrition, or a related field is typically required for this role.

2. Experience in cattle feed industry: A minimum of 2-7 years of experience in the cattle feed industry, with a focus on technical management, is typically required.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Formulation and Quality Control: Develop and implement cattle feed formulations that meet nutritional requirements and quality standards.
2. Raw Material Sourcing and Procurement: Source and procure high-quality raw materials, ensuring timely delivery and optimal pricing.
3. Feed Mill Operations: Oversee feed mill operations, including production planning, quality control, and maintenance.
4. Nutritional Research and Development: Stay updated on the latest nutritional research and developments, applying this knowledge to improve feed formulations and farm performance.
5. Customer Support and Troubleshooting: Provide technical support to customers, addressing any issues or concerns related to cattle feed and nutrition.
6. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, laws, and industry standards related to cattle feed production and distribution.
7. Team Management and Training: Lead and train a team of technical staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they are equipped to perform their roles effectively.
Technical Expertise:
1. Animal Nutrition: In-depth knowledge of animal nutrition, including nutritional requirements, feed formulation, and nutritional management.
2. Feed Technology: Understanding of feed technology, including feed processing, storage, and handling.
3. Raw Material Evaluation: Ability to evaluate raw materials for quality, nutritional content, and suitability for use in cattle feed.
4. Feed Mill Operations: Knowledge of feed mill operations, including production planning, quality control, and maintenance.
