Project Manager - IMO
Location: Pune
Shift Timings: 6:00 to 3:00
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for supporting the division's Integration Management Office (IMO) by meticulously planning action items across all aspects of integration.
- Adhere the Governance Framework, develop project plans, and lead meetings while using standardized templates and project management tools to track key milestones and initiatives.
- Track and maintain project risks, issues, and open items to support mitigation, closure, or escalation.
- Support development and maintenance of Integration related documents.
- Organize and take part in important meetings for Integration Governance and manage project setup, monitoring, and data control.
- Provide project cost reporting, proactively track budgets versus actual costs, and maintain consolidated data for budgeted versus actual costs across the portfolio.
- Identify opportunities for continuous process improvement within the team.
- Support development and management of Key Performance and Key Risk Indicators
- Develop, review, and validate Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the team activities
- Have a good understanding and knowledge of the Project Management System and provide training and support to Programme and Project Mangers in managing their projects within the system
- Having some experience in M&A Integration projects and a reasonable understanding of the M&A lifecycle framework is beneficial, but not mandatory.
