Job Description

This opportunity is for a Senior Service Manager - Operations with a shared services client of InnoQuest Consulting.


Mandatory Ask:

- Candidates should have at least 2-3yrs of experience in Insurance Domain.

- Candidates should have handled end to end PMO cycle.

- Candidates should have played a major role in Transitions that they have made in the organizations.

- Candidates should have at least 8+yrs of experience in project management, preferably from a non-IT background.

Primary Responsibilities :

- Lead, inspire, and cultivate a high-performing team.

- Conduct performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and support professional development.

- Assess and enhance current processes to boost efficiency and effectiveness. o Develop, maintain, and ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

-Oversee and ensure timely completion of tasks in accordance with defined Turnaround Time.

- Understand needs, provide tailored solutions, ensure effective communication with Stakeholders. - Drive initiatives for process improvement. o Implement strategies to enhance employee engagement, communication, work-life balance, and retention, effectively managing and reducing attrition.

Minimum Qualifications :

- Degree with minimum 10 to 12 years of experience in BFSI & 6 years in people management


- Insurance certification - good to have


- Transition/onboarding of service - good to have

- SPOC - Single Point of Contact role for operations - good to have

- Onshore travel experience - good to have

- Insurance Certification will be the additional advantage
