Business Development Lead-Marketing

Position Overview:

We are looking for a Business Development Lead - Marketing to take charge of our entire marketing ecosystem while driving revenue through external projects. This dynamic role is perfect for a young, creative, and enthusiastic professional who can lead performance marketing, online reputation management, creative content teams, and more. This role will also focus on developing and executing impactful brand strategies to elevate our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:  
1. Marketing Leadership:   

 - Manage and mentor teams in performance marketing, online reputation management,
and creative content.     

- Build and implement effective marketing strategies to achieve business goals.  
2. Brand Strategy Development:     

- Create and execute strategies that enhance brand positioning and market presence.   

 - Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all touchpoints.  
3. Business Development:     

- Identify and acquire external projects to expand revenue streams.  

   - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners for long-term success.  
4. Creative Oversight:     

- Lead the development of innovative marketing campaigns and materials.     

- Collaborate with the team to produce engaging and impactful content.  
5. Performance Optimization:     

- Monitor and analyze marketing campaigns to ensure high ROI and effectiveness.     

- Stay updated on market trends and implement best practices to stay ahead of the
competition.  
6. Commitment and Flexibility: 

- Demonstrate loyalty and dedication to the organizations vision and values.   

 - Be flexible and adaptive in handling dynamic business priorities and challenges.  
7. Operational Excellence:     

- Foster collaboration among internal teams and external stakeholders.     

- Manage budgets efficiently and allocate resources for maximum impact.  

Key Requirements:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in marketing leadership, team management, and business development.  
• Expertise in performance marketing, online reputation management, content strategy, and brand strategy development.  
• Strong skills in communication, negotiation, and relationship-building.  
• Loyal, committed, and flexible with a passion for innovation and team success.  
• Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and data-driven approach.
