Position: Pre-Sales Executive

Location: South India (Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad Coimbatore, Mysore )

Experience: 2 to 5 years

Budget: As per market standards

Qualification: B. E/ B. Tech/ M.E/ MTech/ MCA

Mandate Skills: Semiconductor, Microprocessors, Microcontroller,
Electronics ,Team Management ,Customer Relationship ,Communication Skills

Key Responsibilities:


1. Lead Generation & Outreach:

  • Identify and connect with potential distributors, educational institutions, and other partners.
  • Proactively reach out via calls, emails, and other channels to generate leads.

2. Meeting Coordination:

  • Schedule and organize meetings with distributors and other stakeholders for the Sales Manager.
  • Ensure all relevant documentation and information is prepared prior to meetings.

3. Distributor Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain an initial rapport with distributors, understanding their needs and aligning them with Arduinos offerings.
  • Maintain an updated database of all distributor interactions and opportunities.

4. Market Research:

  • Gather insights on market trends, distributor requirements, and competitor strategies in the education sector in India and SEA.
  • Identify new opportunities and share them with the Sales Manager.

5. Collaboration with Sales Team:

  • Work closely with the Sales Manager to align outreach efforts with sales strategy and goals.
  • Provide support during presentations and demonstrations if required.

6. Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of outreach activities and outcomes.
  • Regularly update the Sales Manager on the progress of lead generation and distributor engagement.

Qualifications:


  • Experience: 2+ years in a pre-sales, inside sales, or business development role, preferably in the education sector or technology-driven organizations.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage and influence stakeholders.
  • Research Skills: Strong ability to identify and qualify leads through detailed research and analysis.
  • Relationship Building: Proven ability to initiate and maintain professional relationships with potential partners and distributors.
  • Tech Savvy: Comfortable with CRM tools, outreach platforms, and basic understanding of Arduino products and their applications.
  • Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
