Hiring - Marketing Content Writer || Immediate Joiner (Remote)

Innodata is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Content Writer to create high-quality written materials for our blog, white papers, case studies, and other marketing initiatives. This full-time role will play a key part in driving organic traffic, improving search relevance, and enhancing lead generation efforts across Innodatas marketing channels.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional US English writing skills, a strong understanding of US culture, and the ability to produce compelling content for diverse audiences. A background in marketing writing with an emphasis on SEO, organic content, and digital lead generation is required.

This role requires a creative self-starter who can collaborate effectively across teams and work a standard 8 hour work shift with overlapping US hours of at least 9 AM - 2 PM EST.

Key Responsibilities

• Write high-quality, engaging, and SEO-optimized content, including blogs, white papers, case studies, social post copy, and landing pages.
• Collaborate with marketing and subject matter experts to align content with business goals and brand voice.
• Develop content strategies that drive organic traffic and increase lead generation.
• Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and adherence to style guidelines.
• Conduct in-depth research to create insightful and relevant content for our target audience.
• Track and analyze content performance metrics to optimize future campaigns.
• Assist in planning and executing comprehensive content calendars to support marketing initiatives.
• Stay current on industry trends and competitor activities to inform content development.

Qualifications

Must-Haves:

• Master's / Bachelors degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Journalism, PR, English, Literature, or a related field.
• Proven experience in writing marketing content for professional audiences.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in US English with a strong grasp of US culture.
• Experience with SEO writing, search relevance, and organic content optimization.
• Ability to simplify complex topics and make them accessible to a diverse audience.
• Availability to work in a shift with overlapping US hours of at least 9 AM - 2 PM EST.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Marketing experience in AI, technology, or enterprise-level companies.
• Knowledge of content management tools such as WordPress or Elementor.
• Familiarity with performance tracking tools and analytics.
• Proven ability to craft white papers, case studies, and technical content.
