Hiring Data Annotator - Immediate Joiner

Position Summary

In this position, you will annotate/label for ML/AI models that will help improve its accuracy, fluency, coherence and/or voice , and help AI models align with human values. Contribute to evolving specifications for AI-model training and data recipes. Navigate in a dynamic environment and adapt to shifting guidelines and flexible priorities. Assist client community and help resolve inquiries empathetically, accurately and on time. Become and remain knowledgeable about client products and community standards. Make well balanced decisions and personally driven to be an effective advocate.

As part of our pool of specialists in Data Annotation and Content Moderation, youll complete the data labeling tasks in the required timeframe. You will be working with 3D image data along with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Quality & Policy Experts (QPEs) to provide quality feedback of identified areas of concern related to client and task guidelines, training materials, and quality assurances processes to bridge knowledge gaps.

You will be an integral member of a global team shaping a high-quality, user-centric AI knowledge model that will be the foundation for an entire next generation of technology user experiences.

Education and Abilities

• Minimum of Master's Degree and C1 level of English proficiency level.
• Proven experience in Data Annotation / Image Annotation or Video Annotation .
• Sound understanding of grammar, syntax, and semantics.
• Good reasonable assumption skills, strong attention to details, and ability to handle ambiguities and nuances.
• Well-honed internet research skills and ability to embrace diverse teams.
• Adaptability to thrive in a dynamic environment, with the agility to adjust to evolving guidelines and fluid priorities
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in 3D image handling, annotation, or related fields.

As a content reviewer (agent) on our Data Annotation team, you will be joining a truly global team of subject matter experts across a wide variety of disciplines and AI engineers and will be entrusted with a range of responsibilities. This will include:

• Creating training data sets for AI models that will help improve its accuracy, fluency, coherence and/or voice
• Perform annotation and labeling of 3D/ other images/ video with high accuracy, adhering to established guidelines and standards.
• Utilize image (including 3D images) processing software/tools to perform image analysis, annotation, and visualization tasks.
• Stay updated on new developments in 3D and imaging technologies and best practices in image handling and annotation
• Annotating data to help AI models align with human values
• Analyzing and improving basic grammar, syntax, and sentence structure of both expert-generated training data and AI model-generated text to ensure it adheres to linguistic rules and conventions.
• Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, researchers, and software engineers, to refine and iterate on the AI models.
• Contributing to evolving specifications for AI-model training and data recipes.
• Navigating a dynamic environment and adapting to shifting guidelines and flexible priorities.
• Achieve target KPIs, including daily job count, average handle time per job, and specified production hours
