Job Description

Job Title: Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our dynamic team at Accorian. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4-6 years of experience in cybersecurity sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. Candidates with experience selling in India, SAARC, or ASEAN regions are strongly preferred.


Roles and Responsibilities:


  • Lead generation: Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and referrals.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product development) to ensure client satisfaction and drive business growth.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring favourable terms for both the company and the client.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and industry developments to effectively communicate the value proposition to clients.

Qualifications


  • Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in cybersecurity sales.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Experience selling in India, SAARC, or ASEAN regions is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
