With a focus on AI, computer vision, and deep neural networks, we have extended our capabilities into the construction industry with our innovative AI-powered construction management solution, "Observance."

Our solution utilizes advanced AI, cloud-based processing, and state-of-the-art Lithic (LiDAR Thermal IMU Camera) scanners to enhance efficiency and precision in construction processes. We are committed to pushing the boundaries of technology across diverse sectors.

Role Description

Candidates with experience in the Construction Industry and PMC background specially from PMC background will be preferred. This role will allow you to work on the latest in AI tech in the Construction Industry and be an early member of a fast growing company.

This is a full-time role for a VP Sales at Inkers Technology. The VP Sales will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, including prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals. The role will involve building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets and leading a motivated Sales team. This is an on-site role located in Bengaluru.

Qualifications

- Prior Project Management Consultancy (PMC) experience

- Hunger for Sales and Growth

- Proven track record in sales and achieving sales targets

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Strong negotiation and presentation skills

- Ability to build and maintain client relationships

- Knowledge of the construction industry and technology solutions

- Experience in B2B sales

- Self-motivated and driven

- Bachelor's degree in Technology, business, marketing, or related field

- Industry experience of 5 plus years
