Position Summary :
INGSOL is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented SeniorAccount Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years ofexperience in account management, with a strong background in financialoversight, client relations, and strategic planning. This role demandsexcellent communication skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to managemultiple accounts efficiently.
Key Responsibilities :
- Book keeping and maintain accurate financialrecords.
- Oversee account payables and accountreceivables.
- Handle TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) calculationsand compliance.
- Plan and file GST returns in accordance withregulations.
- Prepare balance sheets and Profit & Loss(P&L) statements.
- Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance andaccuracy.
- Liaise with external auditors for statutoryaudits and compliance matters.
- Manage company expenses, ensuring costefficiency and proper reporting
Requirements

Qualifications :
- Education: Bachelor\u2019s degree in Accounting,Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience:1-3 years of experience in accountmanagement or a related field, preferably in a manufacturing or industrialsetting.
- Experience in working with Zoho Books
Skills :
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Proficiency in Zoho Books and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word,PowerPoint)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
