Account Executive

Position Summary:.

INGSOL is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Senior Account Executive to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in account management, with a strong background in financial oversight, client relations, and strategic planning.

This role demands excellent communication skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to manage multiple accounts efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:.

Book keeping and maintain accurate financial records.

Oversee account payables and account receivables.

Handle TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) calculations and compliance.

Plan and file GST returns in accordance with regulations.

Prepare balance sheets and Profit & Loss (P&L) statements.

Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance and accuracy.

Liaise with external auditors for statutory audits and compliance matters.

Manage company expenses, ensuring cost efficiency and proper reporting.

Requirements.

Qualifications:.

Education: Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:1-3 years of experience in account management or a related field, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.

Experience in working with Zoho Books.

Skills:.

Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.

Proficiency in Zoho Books and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
