Job Summary

This job opening is for a Desktop Engineer joining the Field Service Technician team. The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting end user queries.

Responsibilities

• Diagnosing, troubleshooting & resolving end user queries related to IT.
• Installation & troubleshooting IR Windows Images on computers.
• Align with Network & Server team for any critical activity.
• Handling daily Tickets & tasks.
• Independently handles various projects related to Network, site expansion.
  Desktop support.
• Experience in handling & troubleshooting hardware issues with laptops & desktops.
• Thorough knowledge on Windows operating system & Ticketing system.

Basic Qualifications

• Fresher / 2+ years working as a Desktop Engineer.
• Education- Diploma/Bachelor Degree.
• Location:- India, Gujarat- Surendra Nagar

Age: 30 40yrs

Travel & Work Arrangements/Requirements

6 Days Working

Key Competencies

• Experience in handling & troubleshooting hardware issues with laptops & desktops.
• Thorough knowledge on Windows operating system & Ticketing system.
