Providing technical support to clients for hardware, software, and networking issues. This can include troubleshooting, installing, and updating software and hardware. Problem-solving: Diagnosing and resolving technical issues by gathering information from clients and using critical thinking. Communication: Understanding, interpreting, and articulating information when working with other technology professionals. Training: Providing new system orientation and training to end users. Documentation: Documenting technical issues and solutions in a ticketing system. Inventory management: Managing technology inventory and placing orders for equipment. Escalation: Escalating complex issues to the appropriate teams if unable to resolve them independently.
Work Hours and Shifts
You would work for 6 days a week with rotational week off. You will have rotational shift timings and can very weekly/monthly or quarterly. You can be transferred to the direct pay roll of the company or to any other Facility Management Contractor throughout India as per the sole discretion of the Company.
