Role & responsibilities

• Ensure raw ingredients meet product specifications and prepare simple and finished syrups according to standard operating procedures (SOPs), documenting all processes accurately.
• Conduct physical tests on raw materials, syrups, and finished products to ensure quality, consistency, and adherence to quality control plans.
• Maintain GMP compliance and hygiene standards throughout the syrup production process, including thorough cleaning of equipment and surfaces in the syrup room.
• Perform Clean-In-Place (CIP) procedures and manually clean equipment when necessary, ensuring safety and cleanliness in line with regulatory standards.
• Document production, cleaning activities, and equipment maintenance to ensure traceability, compliance, and accuracy in all operations.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience: A minimum of 1-3 years of relevant experience in the field is required. FMCG experience is an added advantage.
• Language: Good English communication
