1. Senior Mechanical Engineers

Mechanical Engineering Graduate (BE/B.Tech/B.Sc),

With a minimum of 10 years,, At least 10 Year experience in the Operation of a Combined cycle large Power plant. Preference will be given for experience in Siemens Gas Turbine SGT5-4000F (V94.3) & Siemens Steam turbine. 5 years must have been in supervisory positions and a minimum of 2 years as a maintenance engineer.

2. HVAC Engineers

Mechanical Engineering Graduate (BE/B.Tech/B.Sc), from a recognized University.

At least 7 Year experience in the Operation of a Combined cycle large Power plant. Preference will be given for experience in Siemens Gas Turbine SGT5-4000F (V94.3) & Siemens Steam turbine. Must have 10 years' experience in HVAC - large projects (especially power)

3. HVAC Supervisors

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.

Must have experience in the Operation of a Combined cycle large Power plant. Preference will be given for experience in Siemens Gas Turbine SGT5-4000F (V94.3) & Siemens Steam turbine. 8 years of relevant mechanical work and supervision experience. Able to write reports in English fully literate in interface languages to workforce. Be familiar with the preventative maintenance programs and understand basic HVAC operation, Cooling tower, chillers, pumps and fan.

4. Senior Instrument Maintenance Engineers (A)

Minimum 15 years' experience of working in Instrument and Control for power at least 12 years in power plant (boiler & turbine & auxiliaries), distillation plants and gas turbine plant, with experience/actual exposure in DCS system. Shall be knowledgeable of all aspect of the Instrument and control of all the processes involved in power and distillation plants and their inter relationships, both theoretically and practically. Shall has a solid working knowledge of process systems of process control systems, especially DCS, PLC and SCADA system and ability to study and evaluate control system loop and working experience in multi input/output control system. Working experience with Foundation Bus, Hart & Profibus protocols.

Proven ability to carry out in-depth analysis of plant problems, accurate reporting of the findings of the analysis, derivation and proposal of suitable cost-effective solutions, modification, implementation or rectification of all matters related to instrumentation and control.

Working experience in design and engineering in power station plant boiler, turbine, distillation and gas turbine control system. Shall be computer literate, have excellent report writing and verbal communication skills. Shall have exposure in project management & ability to manage and motivate a team of people. Has capability to specify, plan and direct maintenance activities and to enhance standards of maintenance within MEW. Shall be capable of making swift and effective decisions.Understand and implement maintenance contract as outlined in the contract document. Establish manpower levels and maintain these throughout the contract period, cost control, invoicing, reporting procedures, progress, efficiency and activity reporting procedures.

Must be totally responsible for all manpower supplied under the terms and conditions ofthe contract.Co-ordinate any work interfaces with the appointed Mechanical and Electrical Contractors.

Formal certificated training in ISO 9002 & QA/ QC.

5. Senior Instrument Maintenance Engineers (B)

Minimum 13 years' experience of working in Instrument and Control for power at least 12 years in power plant (boiler & turbine & auxiliaries), distillation plants and gas turbine plant.

Holds a B.Sc./B.E./B.Tech in Electronics or Electrical or Instrumentation Engineering from reputable University.

Shall have ten (10) years' experience minimum of seven (7) years' experience in maintenance of Instrumentation, Distributed Control System (DCS), Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC), SCADA system & Process Control Systems in fossil power Plant as Instrument Engineer.

Shall have adequate knowledge of Maintenance Strategies.

Shared Transportation

Shall have supervisory experience to direct and control the maintenance of the complete facilities. Shall be capable of making swift and effective decisions.

Shall be capable of good group communication i.e. he must obtain the total understanding of any message passed to him or from him and obtain the response that is required. Also, Must be capable of writing clear, concise reports and letters.

Ensure contractual maintenance obligations are complied with.

Co-ordinate maintenance programs with senior instrument engineer and Instrument Division.

Co-ordinate security and safety regulations with these departments.

Holds a B.Sc./B.E./B.Tech Electronics or Electrical Engineering from reputable University.

Shall have minimum of five (5) years' experience in the field of instrumentation and control preferably in the areas of power, distillation or refinery plant.

His responsibility as an Engineer shall cover supervision of routine maintenance of instrumentation, ability to decide, plan and implement work strategies in comprehensive manner. Knowledge in writing professional technical report is a requirement. Literacy in computer program is a must.

Co-ordinate security and safety regulations with these departments.

9. Supervisors (A)

He shall be a high school graduate having completed at least 2 years of technical training and be in possession of a Diploma in Electronics/Instrumentation, or a Bachelor's degree holder.

Shall have 15 years experience in C & I Maintenance with minimum of 12 years in power plants.

Good working (Practical) knowledge of various process control instrument, familiar with DCS conventional and advanced control concepts and skill to check, calibrate & repair them. Working experience with Foundation Bus, Hart & Profibus protocols.

Capable of reading and understanding P&IDs, schematic, logic, single line wiring diagrams /drawings.

Able to read, write, speak and understand English.

Capable of group communications to direct and co-ordinate work he is responsible for.

Able to direct & control subordinate staff and jobs in his area.

He shall be aware of the management structure, responsibilities, quality and Safety requirements. Or on all the above, he shall be a high graduate with minimum ( 10 ) years experience in contracting and budgeting preparation.

10. Supervisors (B)
