Corporate Finance Manager

Job Description:

- Working capital assessment, renewal, and enhancement of working capital limit

- Preparation of CMA data and Bank proposal

- Assist in Bank documentation, compliance of PDC condition for bank and NBFC

- Assisting in new business development and supporting all investment related initiatives

- Preparing financial model, sensitivity analysis and valuations.

- Negotiating with Bank, preparing term sheet, investment structure etc.

- Responsible for preparation of presentations, various analysis sheet and documents.

- liaise with credit rating agencies and all the external agenise like stock auditor, valuation consultant and legal firms

- operationalize the off-balance sheet transaction such as supplier financing, sales bill discounting

- lease Rental related transaction and channel Financing
