Customer Master Data Specialist

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for A1S Tier 1, Tier2, IPO cloud data creation.
• Handling SAP and A1S CMD data creation and modification.
• Responsible for SQL data uploads.
• CMD Process, SDFC and CCCP portal training for new manpower and refresher training to another region.
• Responsible for daily and monthly SOX/RAR_MIS for All Region
• Responsible for A1S GPPR reports
• Responsible for weekly MIS
• Responsible for maintaining MIS Report on monthly basis for Canada & US Payer & US Tier-2 request closures.
• Participating floor activities
• Handling internal team call and client calls on weekly
• Handling escalation emails and calls.
• Handling multiple Project for US region (Tax certification, US Tier -2, Tier -1)
• IPO cloud and SIP trunk project

Critical Skills to Possess:

• Proficiency in ERP/CRM systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Salesforce).
• Strong understanding of data governance and quality assurance principles.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Technical Skills

• Advanced proficiency in Excel; familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
• Knowledge of SQL and data extraction tools is advantageous.

Preferred Qualifications:

• BS degree in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent experience
