Job Description

Responsibilities & Duties
  • Monitor and complete cases received through the system.
  • Perform review of client credit worthiness for new and existing clients.
  • Maintain a close coordination with internal legal team in conducting credit review processes and ensure necessary approvals are obtained to complete the process.
  • Setup new and/or modify existing client records in the Accounting System
  • Work closely with various internal/external stakeholders to address issues/concerns pertaining to Customer Master Data requests/tasks
  • May be involved in selected transition-related processes and activities.
  • Participate in various stakeholder meetings.
  • Identify opportunities as part of continuous improvement initiatives
  • Respond to inquiries and escalate issues and concerns to the Team Lead for timely resolution.
  • Participate in governance meetings with Operations Team and/or clients.
  • Perform multiple routine and/or simple ad hoc tasks assigned by the Team Leader or Manager.
  • Address critical issues with the guidance of Team Leader within the prescribed turn-around time.
  • Gather information and documentation to assist in investigating and in resolving issues within the assigned process.
  • May be involved in selected transition-related activities such as desktop procedures creation.


Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent relevant courses
  • 2+years of relevant professional experience in Master Data Management specializing in Customer Setup & Modification including credit management
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office tools
  • Advanced knowledge and understanding of accounting standards and procedures and internal controls
  • Experience working with ERP & CRMs e.g. Oracle, SAP, Service Now and Salesforce
  • Experience in process improvements and other transformation activities is an advantage
  • Experience in process migration/transition is a plus
  • Experience working in a global engineering and consulting firm or similar in a shared service/BPO environment is preferred
