About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven IT Project Manager to lead and manage the delivery of technology projects that align with our business goals. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex IT projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering results within scope, time, and budget.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning and Management:
   
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and ensure adherence throughout the project lifecycle.
2. Team Leadership:
   
• Lead cross-functional project teams, including developers, analysts, testers, and external vendors.
• Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure accountability to meet project milestones.
3. Stakeholder Communication:
   
• Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders.
• Provide regular project updates, manage expectations, and address concerns proactively.
4. Risk Management:
   
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Develop contingency plans to ensure project continuity.
5. Process Improvement:
   
• Evaluate project outcomes and identify areas for process improvement.
• Implement best practices and methodologies to enhance project delivery efficiency.
6. Resource Allocation:
   
• Manage resource allocation, including human resources, tools, and budgets, to optimize project execution.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) is a plus.
• Experience:
• 5–7 years of experience managing IT projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven success in delivering projects on time, within scope, and budget.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA, Microsoft Project, or Trello.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Understanding of IT infrastructure, software development, and cloud-based solutions.
• Soft Skills:
• Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience managing projects in domains such as cloud computing, cybersecurity, or ERP systems.
• Knowledge of ITIL framework and service management principles.
• Hands-on experience with budgeting and cost estimation.
