Senior PHP Developer & Team Lead - (Remote/Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities

- Lead & Mentor: Guide a team of PHP developers, conducting code reviews and fostering best practices.
- Hands-on Development: Write clean, efficient, and maintainable PHP code using modern frameworks (Laravel).
- Architecture & Scalability: Design and optimize database structures, APIs, and application architecture for high-performance applications.
- Agile Collaboration: Work closely with designers, DevOps, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Technical Excellence: Implement and enforce coding standards, security protocols, and DevOps best practices.
- Performance Optimization: Enhance application speed, security, and scalability through innovative solutions.
- Problem Solving: Tackle complex development challenges and provide effective, scalable solutions.

What Were Looking For

- Experience: 5+ years of Laravel PHP development experience, with at least 2+ years in a leadership role.
- Technical Stack: Strong expertise in Laravel PHP, MySQL, JavaScript (Vue.js/React is a plus), RESTful APIs, and cloud-based architectures.
- Leadership: Ability to mentor junior developers and lead technical discussions.
- Problem Solver: Strong debugging, analytical, and architectural skills.
- Agile & DevOps: Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Bonus Skills: Exposure to Microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, and NoSQL databases.
