Opening For Technical Project Manager (PHP & Open Source Solutions)

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage PHP-based development projects from initiation to completion.
- Work closely with developers, designers, and stakeholders to define project goals, scope, and timelines.
- Drive agile project management methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) to ensure efficiency and adaptability.
- Oversee code quality, best practices, and open-source integrations within projects.
- Identify and mitigate risks while keeping projects on track and within budget.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Stay up to date with the latest PHP frameworks, tools, and open-source technologies.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and technical excellence.

What We're Looking For

- Technical Expertise: Strong background in PHP development, frameworks (Laravel, CodeIgniter), and open-source solutions.
- Project Management Skills: Experience managing full software development lifecycles (SDLC), agile methodologies, and project tracking tools (JIRA, Trello, Asana, etc.).
- Problem Solver: Ability to anticipate challenges, think strategically, and drive effective solutions.
- Leadership & Communication: Excellent ability to manage teams, work with stakeholders, and ensure alignment between technical and business goals.
- Experience: 5+ years in a technical project management role, preferably in PHP/open-source environments.
- Bonus Skills: Exposure to DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, or API-driven architectures.
