- This role will drive impactful HR initiatives across multiple facets of the organization.
- The ideal candidate will bring expertise in Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, and Performance Management, while also exhibiting strong business acumen to guide and influence our company's HR strategies.

Job Description:.
Key Responsibilities:.
- Lead and manage the full talent lifecycle, including on boarding, talent management, and retention strategies.
- Design and implement employee engagement programs and performance management frameworks that align with organizational goals.
- Oversee policy restructuring and ensure seamless implementation to foster a fair and efficient work environment.
- Drive rewards and recognition initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and motivation.
- Develop and maintain strong employee relations, offering guidance on complex employee issues and ensuring fair resolutions.
- Provide strategic business consultation, leveraging HR expertise to influence decisions at all levels.
- Champion ethical practices and maintain a global perspective in managing HR processes.
- Collaborate with leadership teams to evaluate, design, and execute projects that drive organizational success.
Key Skills & Qualifications:.
- Expertise in HR management, employee relations, and talent acquisition.
- Must have exposure in APAC region handling.
- Has exposure in handling more than 400+ employee company.
- Exposure with performance appraisal, recruitment strategy, POSH, budget allocation.
- Proven ability to evaluate and influence business strategies through strong consulting and communication skills.
- Deep understanding of global and cultural effectiveness, and ability to navigate diverse work environments.
- Leadership presence with a track record of driving change and influencing organizational behaviour.
- Strong commitment to ethical practice and upholding HR best practices.
