 Responsibilities 
Hands-on experience in networking, routing, and switching technologies.Good understanding of OSI Model, TCP/IP protocol suite (IP, ARP, ICMP, TCP, UDP, SMTP, FTP, TFTP), Routing Protocols:BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, IGRP, IP addressing and subnetting, VLANs, STP.Experience with firewalls, internet VPNs, remote implementation, troubleshooting, and problem resolution.Familiarity with server management and monitoring tools.CCNA or CCNP certifications is a plus.Knowledge of ITIL and ITSM processes, like, SLA, Change/Release Management.Experience in using ticketing tools such as service now, remedy will be an added advantage.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
