Responsibilities
1. Knowledge in Workday integration tools such as Enterprise Integration Builder (EIB), Workday Studio, Core / Cloud Connect, PECI / PICOF etc.2. Knowledge in Calculated Fields / XML / XSLT / SOAP / Web services3. Hands-on experience in Workday technologies - Report Writer, Business Process Framework, Configurable Security and BIRT Reporting 4. Workday Certified in Integrations - Core, Studio etc. (Desirable not Mandatory)5. Experience managing medium size team would be a plus.6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills7. Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
Technical and Professional Requirements:
Required Qualifications:1. Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.2. At least 8+ years of overall IT experience and 6-7 years of relevant Workday experience in Workday HCM (Core HR, Payroll Time tracking, Benefits and Absence) projects in Development / Maintenance / Implementation space
