Azure Bicep Consultant

Role & responsibilities :

• Bicep Development: Design, develop, and maintain Azure Bicep templates for infrastructure as code (IaC) deployments
• Collaborate with architecture and development teams to translate infrastructure requirements into Bicep templates
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Implement and manage infrastructure deployments using Azure Bicep
• Ensure version control and maintainability of Bicep templates
• Azure Resource Management: Manage and optimize Azure resources using Bicep, focusing on scalability, reliability, and cost efficiency
• Implement best practices for Azure resource governance
• Collaboration with DevOps Teams: Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate Bicep templates into CI/CD pipelines
• Support the automation of infrastructure provisioning and updates
• Security and Compliance: Implement security measures in Bicep templates to align with Azure security best practices
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
• Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation for Bicep templates, deployment processes, and best practices
• Provide documentation for knowledge transfer and onboarding
• Infrastructure Optimization: Optimize Azure resources for performance, scalability, and cost efficiency
• Conduct periodic reviews and updates to improve existing Bicep templates
• Troubleshooting and Support: Provide technical support to internal teams for Bicep and Azure-related issues
• Troubleshoot and resolve deployment issues efficiently
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated on the latest features and best practices related to Azure Bicep
