Job Title
AI & ML Practice Head
Responsibilities

Leadership & Strategy:

Lead and mentor a team of data scientists, machine learning engineers, and analysts.

Develop and execute the AI/ML strategy aligned with the company’s goals.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI/ML solutions into the healthcare platform.

Technical Expertise:

Design and implement machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex healthcare problems.

Ensure the scalability and robustness of AI/ML solutions.

Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML and apply them to improve product offerings.

Data Management:

Oversee data collection, preprocessing, and analysis to ensure high-quality datasets.

Implement best practices for data governance and security, especially concerning patient data.

Innovation & Research:

Drive innovation by exploring new AI/ML techniques and technologies.

Publish research findings and represent the company at industry conferences and events.
Technical and Professional Requirements:

Education:o Ph.D. or master’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.

Experience:o 8+ years of experience in data science and machine learning, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.o Overall experience is min 15+ years.o Proven track record of successfully leading AI/ML projects in the healthcare domain.

Skills:o Strong programming skills in Python, R, pyspark or similar languages.o Expertise in machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch etc.o Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.o Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
