Windows Server Administrator

8 to 10 years of experience in in managing and supporting Windows end points, server administration, configuration, and upgradation. Leading the team managing windows endpoints and servers, Data center management, Strong experience to configure and troubleshoot Windows Server 2012/2016/2019 and 2022. Hands-on experience on Active directory in the multi-domain and multi-forest environment, Knowledge of AD group policies and expertise to troubleshoot AD replication issues. Design, implementation, and maintenance of the Active Directory infrastructure. Configuring and Administering Active Directory, DHCP, DNS management, TCP/IP, GPO. Azure AD, DNS, DC, ADC, OU, GP, DHCP management. Secure remote administration of the DCs and member servers managed by the Infrastructure Group. Manage group policy at root of domain and for Domain Controllers OU. Manage all migrations and upgrades related to the AD or the DCs Group Policy Object (GPO) creation, troubleshooting, and management. Ensuring adherence to Cyber Security Policy, security standards/procedures/guidelines in all daily activities and providing Tier 3 support for the Active Directory. Expert Knowledge on Microsoft troubleshooting skills and tools. Including OS Hardening and Vulnerability assessment. Knowledge of ITIL and ITSM processes, like, SLA, Change/Release Management. Experience in using ticketing tools such as service now, remedy will be an added advantage. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
