Job Description As Lead-Experience Design, you are responsible for gathering requirements, creating schedules, planning, delivery and mitigate any risks which hampers the timeline of the project. Overview of latest technologies which directly or indirectly influence the design. This includes working on different media such as websites, applications, native and hybrid apps across platforms. You will be responsible for achieving a world-class experience in our internal-facing applications and platforms. As a Lead-Experience Design, you are also expected to take control of the lifecycle of a project and follow-up with testing. Requirements Good communication skills Excellent critical thinking & analytical skills with an ability for problem finding and analysis Demonstrated ability to apply design thinking Ability to collaborate and influence (with and without formal authority) business stakeholders, designers and development teams. Focus on collaboration to achieve outcomes Ability to plan and manage projects with or without guidance and thrive in ambiguity. A design school degree is an added advantage.
