RPA UI path Lead

Responsibilities : 1. Build Bots as per the Solution Design utilizing UiPath (must) or any RPA tool with best practice. Provide technical expertise in areas including solution design and risk identification/mitigation. 2. Solid technical background with proven experience as developer. Able to Perform Unit and Integration Testing. 4. Ability to design automated solutions from business process workflows. 3. Identify repetitive incidents, code optimization or improvement opportunities, potential issues and defects, and drive them to closure. 6. Deploy robots by following the standard change management process 4. R&D/keep current on the latest RPA technology and skills, such as new UiPath features, AI integration into RPA, Intelligent Automation packages/content, etc. and leverage in automation project development 5. Experience in RPA processes testing, code changes and releases to production environment. Support existing RPA processes and implement change requirements and code fixes. Primary skills:RPA SDET->UI Path,Technology->Automation Anywhere->Automation Anywhere,Technology->Robotic Process Automation->Blue Prism Activities : 1. Experience in PDD, SDD, Runbook/Playbook creation 2. Knowledge of 2 or more automation technology focus areas such as Robotic Process Automation, BPM/Service Orchestration, AI/ML, Process Mining, NLG/NLP, API based automations. 3. Implement IA solutions that incorporate technologies across RPA, process orchestration and a combination of other hyper-automation technologies including AI/ML, process/task mining, and NLG/NLP or Chatbot technology. 4. Lead developer or leader of mid-level/junior devs with ability to coach and mentor others in best practices. 5. Basic programming/Scripting knowledge on VBA/VB/java/C# script is must (or any scripting language, python is a plus) 6. Excellent software development background with any of the following (C#, C++, Java, .NET, SAP) is a plus. 7. Experience with scripting languages (Python, Perl, PowerShell, Bash, VBS, etc.) 8. Experience with HTML, CSS and JavaScript is preferred
