Job Description
- As a consultant on application support and maintenance process, you will be required to provide technical and functional support on Argus Safety Suite 8.2
- You should be familiar with basic ITIL processes
- You will be expected to lead multi location and multicultural teams
- You will be part of a learning culture, where teamwork and collaboration are encouraged, excellence is rewarded, and diversity is respected and valued
- You will also be required to work on application maintenance and support projects with SLAs
- Need to have excellent communication skills (including English conversation skills)
- Demonstrate excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to communicate status of deliverables and issues with project leader and client stakeholders/ executives
- Should be self-motivated and flexible
- The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time
- Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face
- Travel may be required as per the job requirements
