Training Lead For Banking Operations domain

Shift: UK Shift 9:30 AM to 7 Pm (or) 1:30 PM to 10:30 PM

Inputs: Candidates should be from the banking/Credit Card background.

Experience in handling trainers and training governance as per client expectations is mandate

Key responsibilities

Onboarding and Training delivery

1. Training selection and accreditation
2. Trainer onboarding and guiding through the delivery of training
3. Performance management and Evaluation
4. Lead a team of trainers, guide and coach them
5. Training Need analysis and refresher design
6. Training evaluation and feedback
7. Compliance management
8. Training throughput
9. Onboarding of new hires and engagement
10. Developing trainer performance metrics

Training Development / Evaluation

1.Collaborate with SME /TLs to review and develop the content based on the business needs

2. Design Training Materials (manuals / certification trackers)

3. Create refresher modules for existing agents and getting sign off from the clients

4. Evaluate training effectiveness

5. Develop and administer assessments
