Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients through phone calls, emails, or chats.
  
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions in a timely manner.
  
• Work on rotational shifts including night shifts (US shift).
  
• Meet performance targets such as AHT, Shrinkage, Attrition, CSat etc.
  
• Collaborate with team members to achieve process goals and objectives.
