VIVAIT India Technology Solutions Pvt ltd is seeking for interns to join its Overseas Staffing team in US Staffing Division.

Role - US IT Recruiter - Paid Internship comes with fulltime employment - Fresher.

Location - Chennai(T.Nagar)/Coimbatore (Avinashi road,peelamedu) (WFO-Night shift)

REQUIREMENTS:

• Any graduates eligible.
• Aspiring candidates looking to build a career in HR.
• Excellent communication skills are a must.
• Willingness to work night shifts with fixed timing and week-offs.
• Demonstrated interest in HR functions and a strong commitment to learning and growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Source resumes from diverse channels, including job boards, and compile a shortlist of potential qualified candidates.
• Engage with potential qualified candidates and evaluate them through a phone-screening process.
• Present vetted candidates, who meet the qualifications, to the end client for consideration.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 0-1 years of experience in U.S. recruitment.
• Proficient in English communication, both verbal and written.
• Strong critical thinking skills.
• Positive attitude and a readiness to embrace new challenges.
