Experience: Freshers

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Source candidates through job portals, social media, and networking.
2. Screen resumes and shortlist suitable profiles as per job requirements.
3. Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
4. Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
5. Communicate with candidates effectively and ensure a positive candidate experience.
6. Assist in drafting and posting job advertisements on various platforms.
7. Collaborate with the team to understand job requirements and hiring needs.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in any discipline.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of IT roles and technologies (preferred, not mandatory).
• Proficiency in MS Office tools.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
