Role & responsibilities

• Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
• Conduct thorough screening interviews to assess candidates qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer negotiation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on best practices.
• Provide candidates with a positive experience throughout the hiring process, ensuring clear communication and timely feedback.
• Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to effectively position job opportunities.
• Assist in developing recruitment strategies to attract diverse candidates.
• Candidate must be available for F2F interview

• Qualifications:
• 4 Year+ of experience in IT recruitment.
• Familiarity with various IT roles, technologies, and skill sets.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• A proactive approach to sourcing candidates and building relationships.
