• Source top talent for various positions through headhunting, executive search, leadership hiring, and senior level hiring.
  
• Conduct industry mapping to identify key players in the BFSI sector.
  
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from sourcing to onboarding new hires.
  
• Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions.
  
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality candidates who meet client expectations.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-4 years of experience in IT Staffing or Recruitment Consulting (B2B).
  
• Strong understanding of BFSI recruitment market trends and dynamics.
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients.
