Job Title: Immigration Consultant

Location: Noida (Onsite)

Shift Timings: 7 PM to 4 AM IST(Night shifts)

Job Description

• Manage a portfolio of immigration cases, ensuring timely submission of applications and responses.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for Candidates, addressing inquiries and providing guidance on immigration processes.
• Gather and review necessary documents from stakeholders to ensure compliance with immigration requirements.
• Prepare and file accurate applications, petitions, with supporting documents
• Ensure all casework complies with legal and organizational standards.
• Work closely with attorneys, and other stakeholders to resolve case issues.
• Maintain clear and professional communication with stakeholders and team members.
• Maintain detailed case records and update internal systems regularly.
• Skills:
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines.
