Designation: Bench sales Account Manager/ Passive Recruiter
Shift: 7 pm-4 am IST (5 Days working/Onsite)
Experience_required: 6 months to 4 years in US IT Recruitment / Sales Background
Passive Recruiter
**Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
**IT Knowledge: Understand various 𝐈𝐓 𝐭𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐠𝐢𝐞𝐬 and their applications.
**Excellent communication skills
**Sales Acumen
Qualifications: graduates with a B.Tech (CS & IT) or related field.

Bench sales-Account Manager
**Should know Tier 1, & Tier 2 vendors.
**Should have a good understanding of the H1B Transfer process.
**Understanding of US Visa terms and US Tax terms
**Proven experience in bench sales or account management.
**Strong understanding of IT staffing and recruitment processes.
**Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
**Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
