"We are looking for a Technical Project Manager / Scrum Master for Bangalore location, who can join us immediately.

Job Description :

Our responsibilities will include the following :

- Leading the Agile teams on how to use Agile methodology and scrum practices to plan, manage, and deliver solutions

- Coaching the Agile teams in self-organization, cross-functional skill set, and domain knowledge.

- Facilitating and supporting all scrum events such as Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective.

- Working with the Agile teams, as well as internal and external stakeholders, to influence and drive decision making.

- Resolving team impediments to increase the effectiveness of the application of scrum on the program.

- Assisting the Agile teams achieve higher levels of scrum maturity.

- Contributing to the advancement and improvement of Agile practices within the program.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's Degree or related field

- 5-8 years of experience with a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and using successful Agile techniques

- Experience managing projects related to Data Management, including ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) or ELT (Extract, Load, Transform) , Data Engineering and Data Lake implementation/optimization.

- Experience with product or project development Experience with Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe methodologies

- Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) models, as well as in-depth knowledge of traditional project management principles and practices

- Prior experience working on an Agile team Demonstrated experience facilitating meetings at multiple levels of an organization Understanding of facilitation techniques

- Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including, but not limited to, Outlook, Word, and Excel

- Experience with any of the following Cloud Service Providers (CSPs) :

- Demonstrated SaaS knowledge, program management, and business planning processes, One of either the PMP, CAPM, or Agile ScrumMaster certification, or working towards an industry recognized certification - PMP strongly preferred.

- Experience managing an implementation or migration project/program using AWS and/or Oracle Cloud. MS Project Experience.

- Salesforce, JIRA, Power BI experience preferred.

- Demonstrated execution at meeting project goals while satisfying quality, performance, schedule, and budget."
