Job Description
- Strong understanding of technology, information security principles, and risk management frameworks.
- Support the implementation of key controls and compliance processes across the organization to support policy, compliance, and regulatory requirements
- Able to develop a strong understanding of Marvell s information security policies procedures to perform audits and risk assessments
- Demonstrate strong technical knowledge and understanding of security protocols, cryptography, authentication, authorization, network security, cloud, hybrid, and on-premise architecture and implementations
- Experience in reviewing and auditing identity access management, data privacy, and protection, system development life cycle (SDLC), vulnerability assessment, information technology security, incident response, vendor management, backup, and recovery.
- Prepare dashboard, which shows the security posture or compliance score for the cyber security controls
- Experience in implementing controls and conducting internal audits per ISO27001, NIST CSF, and TISAX standard
- Experience in conducting security risk assessments, security risk management, and threat analysis.
- Assist with identifying, reviewing, monitoring, assessing, and documenting risks and managing/ supporting various business functions and departments. Conduct risk assessment and review the treatment plan on a regular frequency
- Ensure that key risks are highlighted to senior management and that practical mitigations are recommended, and then support the implementation of mitigations where required.
- Define approach to identify the root cause analysis, identify corrective actions, and guide various functions in their remediation actions in managing risks and issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, procurement, IT, and business units, to gather necessary information and ensure compliance with risk management processes
- Prepare and present reports and metrics to stakeholders and senior management, highlighting key findings and recommendation
- Driving continuous improvement of the effectiveness of control implementations and reporting
- Current knowledge of security standards and frameworks such as ISO27001, ISO 27017, NIST CSF, NIST 800-171, SOC1/2/3 SSAE18, CSA CCM, and TISAX, and familiarity with GRC tools.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Information Technology or a related field
- 6-10 years of progressive experience in Cyber Security/security consulting.
- Proven track record and experience in executing information security-related projects in a global company
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Experience in presenting to a larger audience. Very good oral and written communication skills in English
- Certifications: CISSP, CISA, ISO 27001 Lead Implementor and Auditor, SANS
