Roles and Responsibilities :
- Handle international calls from clients across various countries, providing exceptional customer service and resolving their queries efficiently. - Process customer requests, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional manner. - Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software. - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and escalate when necessary.
Job Requirements :
- 0-1 year of experience in an International BPO or Call Center environment. - Proficiency in handling international calls, including accents and dialects common in different regions. - Strong communication skills for effective interaction with customers over phone or email. - Ability to work on rotational shifts as per business requirements.
