HR Executive and Recruiter

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Source and attract top talent through various channels such as social media, job boards, employee referrals, etc.
• Conduct initial screening of resumes and cover letters to identify potential candidates who meet the requirements for the role.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their needs and preferences, and provide them with a shortlist of suitable candidates.
• Ensure timely communication with both clients (hiring managers) and candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Job Requirements :

• 0-1 years of experience in HR or Recruitment industry.
• MBA Fresher or Graduate degree from a recognized university.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding etc.
